Project ENZO means a realization of build-up and after-sale of multifunction apartment house ENZO, which will be situated on Nálepkova Street in Piešťany. This building is realized in order to create functional places for living, business and parking.

The build-up and function of apartment house respect the relevant regulations of town and country planning in the central urban zone of Piešťany.

The architectural solution of project bears in mind the regulative for a estate in this area of Piešťany.

The apartment house ENZO has one underground floor and six over ground floors. The building is designed as six-floor object.

 In the underground floor will be parking area for 35 cars, 2 x generator room, fire room, room for bicycles, waste room and room for electro switch-board.

The first ground floor is designed as entrance into living area and as a business area for shops, cafés, etc., that will offer their services not only to owners of apartment but also to other inhabitants and visitors of Piešťany.

On the other floors are designed apartments of 3 categories:

2. – 5. Floor: 24 x double-room apartment,

 12 x three-room apartment.

6. Floor: 5 x double-room apartment,

 2 x three-room apartment.

Internal dispositions are possible to change according to individiual customer requirements, except bearing walls and traverses!

Each apartment on 2-5th floor has a balcony. The apartments on 6th floor have large terraces. In the building are 2 lifts and 2 central stairs.
